Founded in 1992, Ho Hsing concentrates on the production of screws, barrels, and rollers for plastic/rubber injection and extrusion machines. Ho Hsing president Tsai Fu-yuan notes his company has expertise in developing and marketing sophisticated machinery components worldwide, and entrusts production to Ho Hsing which has high production capacity.
At the moment, the major products produced by Ho Hsing include barrel assembly parts, screw assembly parts, twin screws and barrels for extrusion, screw element, cylindrical surface grinding components, blending-screw components, extrusion die, cylindrical mold, and various rollers such as embossing rollers and mirror rollers. These products are primarily applied in extruders, injection molding machines, bakelite molding machines, and rubber molding machines. All the products are made in compliance with the ISO9001:2000 standards.
To concentrate on the development and production of precision products, over the past few years the company has installed a slew of state-of-the-art production equipment, including 10 sets of four-axis CNC (computerized numerically controlled) machining centers, and one set of three-dimensional coordinate measurements machine.
The company says it aims to not only offer high-quality, high-performance screws and barrels and best pre-sale and after-sale services, but also provide total solutions to help customers solve the problems in extruding and injection-molding fields.
The company`s most competitive product lines are screws and barrels. Over the past several years, the company`s products have been widely exported to mainland China, Germany, India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and the Untied States.
