Gem-Z Machinery Co., founded in 1977, is one of Taiwan`s leading manufacturers of automatic sheet metal slitting line, CNC leveling and rotary shearing machine, CNC slitting machine, automatic stacker machine, and steel pipe fabrication machine.
Thanks to its ample manufacturing experiences, the company also produces various kinds of sheet metal working machines in tandem with worker training programs and machinery maintaining programs. The company accepts orders for the machines in special specifications.
The company`s slitting line adopts PLC system to ratchet up machinery efficiency and slash maintenance frequency. Its rotary shearing machine uses CNC servo-control system to ensure high-speed operations and laborsaving, in addition to high accuracy in shearing motion.
At present, the company exports 80% of total output to international markets, mainly to the steel mills of Japan, mainland China and Southeast Asian nations.
