Established in 1927, Mild Seven Food Co., Ltd. has been specialized in producing and a wide variety of flavors, including soybean sauce, soybean ointment, sweet hot sauce, chili paste with garlic, chili bean sauce, pork powder, mushroom powder, shabu-shabu powder, mustard powder, miso powder, curry powder, and ground pepper, among others.
In 1949, the firm built up its own plant in Taipei city to produce high-quality soybean sauce, successfully boosting the firm’s sales and competitiveness. Starting 1997, the company’s R&D team has been actively developing sophisticated seasoning, including pork powder, mushroom powder, shabu-shabu powder, and dried bonito powder to substitute for monosodium glutamate (MSG).
The firm relocated its plant to Taoyuan county, northern Taiwan in 2006, covering a land area of over 1,000 square meters. Then, the firm obtain such international certifications as ISO9001:2000 and HACCP/ISO22000, and won the SGS approval for excellent quality control.
Mild Seven accepts orders on the OEM/ ODM/ OBM (original equipment/ design/ brand manufacturing) basis. It is moving to tap the mainland Chinese market to expand its sales. (CC)
