This machine is developed with the unique melting and high-pressure foaming technologies, and uses 100% TPE to turn out Cellwood foaming boards and profiles with fine foam structure, wood-like grains on surface, solid colors and high structural hardness.

Boards and profiles extruded from the technologically impressive machine also feature other great physical characters, such as light weight, 100% waterproof protection, excellent resistance to deformation caused by ambient temperature and better exterior than those of natural timber. Containing no wood powder or dust, as well as toxic materials and PVC, the boards and profiles are 100% recyclable for reproduction, and so durable that they can be used for up to 10 years.

Another value-added feature of output from the machine, the company stresses, is that Cellwood (100% TPE) is made by a high-molecular natural polymer composed of carbon and hydrogen, hence an excellent fire retardant additionally with better electrical insulation, waterproof, antibacterial prosperities, while generating no dioxin even if being combusted.
