TQ025 boasts maximum test frequency up to 600 cycles per minute or 10 Hertz, and can complete a 50,000-cycle test in only 84 minutes.
This test tool comes with an automatic motor-driven aperture positioning design to greatly enhance operational convenience, and conducts torque and stress tests simultaneously to offer wider scope of result and functionality with an added parameter being tested.
Its computer-free man-machine interface enables instant power-on testing and the optional foreign languages on the control panel make it more internationally-friendly to ease operation by workers of different countries.
TQ025, with SGS calibration documentation, is suitable for testing tools rated sub-250 N-m torque (e.g. power and manually operated screwdrivers). The ability to reset torque makes the test tool the best in terms of simulating manual operation of power-driven hand tools.

Two servo motors enable IWM-TQWR100 to simulate human-like operation in mechanical testing, with servo motor 1 releasing the ratchet gear directly without the disadvantage of typically bulky torque testers taking up too much space to enable testing in tight setting, and servo motor 2 simulating human movement to turn wrench handle.
Releasing the ratchet gear at one end and turning a wrench handle at the other enable near-perfect simulation of manual operation of the tool to test for mechanical fatigue.
The testing jig is easily movable to and fro with adjustable travel to suit the dimension of a wrench being tested.
Optional foreign languages are on the control display panel to ease operational convenience of workers from various nations. Automatic calibration is optional and has to be ordered with special types of electronic torque wrenches.
