Founded in 1971, Guan Yu Industrial Co., Ltd. supplies hand tools, forged mechanical blank parts and forging services, making the firm one of the most experienced and well-equipped players in Taiwan specializing in precision closed-die forging manufacturing.

To meet increasing demand for forged auto and motorcycle parts and accessories, the firm has gradually diversified its services to customized forging that precisely meet requirements from global customers in terms of shape, size, tolerance and surface treatment.

Currently, Guan Yu is a major supplier of forged auto and motorcycle parts ,such as gears, connecting rods, shafts, mechanical parts like gears, slide blocks and other parts, as well as a large variety of hardware for customers in Taiwan, Japan, Europe, the U.S. and more. In Taiwan, the company is a key original equipment (OE) supplier of forged high-precision parts to all powered two-wheeler (PTW) and all-terrain vehicle manufacturers. In the international market, Guan Yu supplies quality products to many international PTW brands, for example, due to its status as a Tier-2 or 3 supplier to some Japanese vehicle makers.

The firm met world standards in product quality and corporate management as early as 2003, having become ISO 9001:2000-certified. As part of its business expansion plan and to further strengthen its manufacturing strength, the maker moved to a modern and integrated factory in the city of Taichung in central Taiwan, where larger punching and forging presses were installed into the factory line-up. With the new facility, the company now has a production capacity of about 450,000 forgings per month, with each weighing 200g to 20kg. In 2009, the firm became TS 16949-certified to show its capacity for better services.
