THREADING AT WIRE BREAK POINT
In case off broken wire during machining, there' no need to return to start point before threading, it is able to thread wire just at break point with nearly 100% possibillty. If wire threading fails after several attempts, the intelligent system will return to start point and threads wire again' (for workpiece thickness < 120mm, Ø 0. 25 / Ø 0. 2 brass wire) No limits on taper machining as the system doesn't use high pressure water to assist threading and no need to change special small-diameter flushing nozzles.
HIGH SPEED AUTO THREADING UNDER SUBMERGED
Enables wire threading & cutting with cycle time < 10 sec(for workpiece thickness < 40mm, Ø 0. 2 brass wire ). Threading can be done directly in water, which greatly saves the time cost at water draining and filling. Using the simplest mechanism design to reduce breakdowns, no need of calibration during fabrication leads to easy maintenance.
WIRE THREADING ON-LINE MONITOR
Graphical User Interface is used to record various wire threading data: theading counts, whether Z-axis move up or not between separated holes, alarm messages,etc' providing users important necessary information.
MULTI-HOLES MACHINING FUNCTION
Automatic wire cut->shift next hole->wire threading process available for multi-holes cutting. In case threading fails, un-cutting path of single hole can be memorized and recalled later by user to complete whole work after skipping to the next hole.
