Model BT-S is a design with servo rotate table and side-blow system. After injection the servo table rotates 180 degree, a cylinder will then push/slide neck plate to blow station by the side of servo table. With side-blow system a bigger space is available for gate trimmer and product conveyor. Model BT-S is good for small containers with short cycle time.
Model BT-S is a 2-station process, the tooling/mold cost is exactly as low as in Model BT-D.
It is fully computerized with touch screen providing a friendly operating interface.
Model BT-S is also available in 3 sizes with mold width 360mm, 480mm and 590mm and in different cavity numbers like Model BT-D.
