ACP Pulverizer is a pulverizer with Air Separator fitting in Pin Mill. Raw materials are sent to the pulverizing room by feeder, then to be pulverized by metal pin fitted in the rotor disc. In the meantime, the raw materials are sprayed into the surrounding liners through centrifugal force that furthers to pulverize the raw materials. The pulverized raw materials are then sent to separator by airflow through outside guiding. And the fine powder is attracted by fan, through separator, to be collected by Pulsaire.The rough powder separated by separator then return to pulverizing section from inside guiding for further pulverization.
ACP Pulverizer assembles rotor disc (pin disc or bar disc), liner, guiding and separator functionally against the characteristic of materials so as to make fine pulverization. In addition, use the air separator without screen to make grain adjustment; therefore, it could keep good ventilation for the pulverization room that is suitable for no heat-resistant substance, too.
