The down needling machine suitable for the needling of pre-needling products, which are too bound to be treated with high speed, its big dimensions and perfect dynamic balancing allow a high number of strokes per minute and the possibility of processing felts from 100 to 1000 gr/m2 according to the present fibers.
The needling machines is built with standard working width up to 6000 mm (more on request).For the direct taker-in motors are used and microprocessors can also be used for actuation and control.
The construction can be over-turned or simultaneous.
