A 45° slant-bed one-piece casting of lower center of gravity and averagely distributed rib structure assure super rigidity. High-tensile strength Meehanite cast iron, hardened and ground, may reach HRC 53 hardness. All sliding surfaces are coated with Turcite-B for smooth and precise movements.
