Was Sheng was first established in 1985 by Jason Hsu, who has an MBA, as well as a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
During the first stage of production, Was Sheng provided various precision specially screws for the electronic and computer industries.
After initial success in those sectors, Was Sheng opened two additional factories; a lathe production center in Changhua, and a stamping production center in Sanchung.
