Town owed "China Typical Sewing Machine Corporation of Wanping component factory" was changed into a private enterprise--Suzhou Wanping componets machinery CO., LTD, the annual sales was RMB 80, 000, 000. Our group grows quickly, Todany the main products include 9 series of over 3000 kinds of high precision and differect spare parts for medicile high speed lockstitch, overlock, interlock. It has been the largest sewing machine parts manufacturer in the national. These products were throughout China and exported to Japan, USA, Italy, German, Korea, HongKong, TaiWan and other regions. All the world famous sewing machine manufacturers purchase sewing parts from our group. The annual sales of industrial sewing machine parts has reached RMB 60, 000, 000 in 2005.
In 2000, Our group joined the Group of China Typical sewing machine and established "Typical industrial corporation Suzhou Wanping Wangong machinery CO., LTD. The joint venture produces "Wangong brand "and " Typical brand"industrial sewing machine. Annual production capacity reached 60000 sets, it has been the medium-shape(scale) sewing machine manufactuuer in our country.
In 2000, "Wujiang Risheng Silk Air Jet Weaving CO., LTD" was founded.In 2005, It had owned total 104 sets air jet looms, annual production capability of medium and high -- grade cotton reached 11, 500, 000 meters. The main businedd income was 78, 000, 000. The late aim of Risheng is owning air jet looms total 200 sets and making a new development.
From May 2002, Our company jointed mechanical -- electronical engineering collage of Suzhou university developed and produced High speed air jet loom WG2000, integrating mechanism, electron,air, light and liquid. Our company has passed the scientific and technological assessment of results of Jiangsu office of Science Commission. The looms reach the international advanced level and obtain 22 patents covering 3 are invention patents. China Typical Sewing Machine gruop and our group invested jointly and established "Jiangsu Typical Wangong precision textile machinery CO., LTD". Currently High speed air jet loom has entered industrualization period. The new factory has been started using, it covers 30000 square maters. At present Our group aims annual production 3000 sets high speed air jet looms and sales income RMB five hundred million. In the future annual production will reach 8000 sets, sales income will be RMB 1320 million.
In 2004,"Jiangsu Wangong Science & Technology group CO., LTD", "Suzhou Wangong estate CO., LTD", "Suzhou Wangong import and export Trading company" were constantly founded. In June, "Jiangsu Wangong Technology Group" were registered and established, the annual production sales reached RMB 150 million.
Wangong gained the new development in 2005, the annual sales reached RMB 205 million.
