There are two main products including ceramic and Thermal Conductive Plastics. For Ceramic, there are Ceramic Heat Sink、Ceramic Printed Board and Ceramic Lamps mainly used in high power chip’s heat dissipation of Internet Communication、LED Lighting and consumer electronics. For Plasticized Ceramic, we have thermal conductive plastic which mainly used in products’ heat dissipation such as battery module、LED lighting、lamp casing、electrical appliances、electrical machine component、transformer frame. Moreover, we can modulate different functional plastic according to customers’ special needs。
