It’s versatile tooling system will allow complex components to be finished completely in one operation. The tooling design has almost no interference problems allowing the full compliments of tools to be utilized. Synchronized spindles allow rapid change from main to sub spindle.
Machining with opposed spindle
This CNC turning and milling machine with 17 tools (2 of them powered) is designed to work on complex work pieces.
The opposed spindle is designed as c axis, and allows machining with simply one clamping.
