Auto King's VTTR-brand Tuning Brake Parts Gets Buyers' Heartrates Racing

Established in 1996, Taiwan's Auto King Co. Ltd. Is a specialized maker of high-level brake-system tuning parts. The company's "VTTR" brand, says management, is No. 1 in the domestic market.

The firm supplies several major items for brake-system tuning needs, including six-cylinder brake calipers, brake disks, and brake pads. The brand brings numerous options in each product category to satisfy the widely varying requirements of customers.

Auto King recently began the mass production of a six-cylinder brake-caliper model that fits both 15- and 16-inch wheel rims, further enriching the company's product line. It has also developed a six-cylinder model for 17- to 19-inch wheel rims.

VTTR-brand six-cylinder calipers are made using a special forging method for high-level aluminum alloy, and are processed using computerized numerically controlled (CNC) machine centers. The result is lighter and stronger units compared to standard models. The VTTR models have built-in dust-prevention layers inside the caliper body rather than outside as a cover as with most counterparts, making them more stylish in appearance. Surfaces receive anodizing treatment to maximize luster and color.

Management states that braking forces are precision-balanced on the six cylinders of a caliper to obtain optimal braking performance.

The firm offers a comprehensive range of brake disks for popular Japanese, American, and European car models. Some models are made with aerospace-grade FC-V alloy and precision surface-ground, enabling them to withstand heat of up to 900 degrees Celsius and giving them a better appearance. Auto King claims that all of its disk models are developed using intensive standard-vehicle on-road tests to ensure the highest in quality and safety.

Auto King also supplies performance-tuning brake pads using materials in different combinations--non-asbestos carbon, metal fiber, and a composite of the two. The top-end VTTR Racing brake pads feature a working-temperature range of 100 to 700 degrees Celsius , a super heat-resistant friction material with friction efficiency of 0.45 to 0.55, and applicability to virtually all car models. Of course, the company claims, it is better to adopt both VTTR brake calipers and pads to achieve the best performance. Beyond the VTTR Racing series, the firm also supplies brake pads in four other versions to best meet customer needs regarding usage conditions and price range--Power Racing, Grand Sports, Sports, and Super.

Auto King states that it self-designs all its models and constantly seeks the best materials in an effort to continually upgrade quality and durability to achieve the maximum in braking performance and driver/passenger safety.
