Taida Motor Launches High-end Grinder for PTW Engine Parts

Taipei, Feb. 21, 2012 (CENS)--Taida Motor Part Co., a supplier of high-performance powered two-wheeler (PTW) engine parts in Taiwan, recently claimed that it has introduced a high-end grinder for making precision, performance cylinder heads and valves.

Founded in 1997, Taida Motor specializes in making engines as well as performance parts and accessories for PTWs, including performance fittings, oil-cooling kits (with oil drain parts), connectors, cylinder heads, cylinder gaskets, and oil temperature gauges, which are all easily installed. Using American-made high-pressure brake-fluid hoses, the company also supplies leak-proof connectors.

The company's products have helped to set world records, claims Taida. Running a super-performance engine developed and made by Taida, for example, the company's Japanese customer MK Advance set a 3.192 second world record in 2010 in the SS 1/32 mile race organized by Motor Champ magazine in Japan.

Taida's Japanese agent, the MK Logitech Co., in 2011 won the first place (setting the world record), second, fifth and sixth places in the SC-4 level (standard 4 stroke under 239c.c.) in the finals hosted by Motor Champ magazine.

Taida claims that its performance parts have enabled different PTW models to set many other world records on racetracks.

Claiming that its precision-bored performance cylinders are better than typical original equipment (OE) replacements, the company accepts custom orders for valve-enlarged cylinders for virtually all PTW models. Taida also stresses that its high compression cylinder heads greatly upgrade combustion efficiency, lower piston friction, cut fuel consumption and emission.

With major products as high-performance engine kits for Cygnus, GY6, Dio, GTS125 etc. PTWs, the company has also been developing newer and better PTW repair and maintenance tools, being proud that its highly-compatible accessories are easy, quick to install for pros and DIYs.
