1. FIBER OPENING MACHINE
All kinds of baled fiber can be well broken. It is equipped with a powerftill magnet made of an alloy of AI, Ni and Co and all metallic impurities in the fiber are flilly taken away by the magnet.
2. FIBER AUTO-SLPPLY MACHINE
Automatically controlled by the photo-electronic tube equipped in, and the fiber is fed in evenly and precisely in desired amount. Working width:48",60".
3. SINGLE-CYLINDER DOFFERED CARDING MACHINE
Energy saving. Easy to operate. Much more economical cost wise. Excellent for making ordinary non-woven products ( e. g. quilt, pillows, waste yarn recycling, etc. )
4. BER-TYPE LAYER FORMING MACHINE
Bed-type layer forming. Even and short fiber dropping distance. The fiber layer is made evenly and without any wrinkles. WGriking Width:48"60"working widths of 60:to 100" and layer width of 2. 5M to 1OM. Also available upon request.
