Low expanded p.v.c. board extrusion
line is one of our specialized items. Board thickness can be varied
from 3 to 25 mm. width from 1000 to 2000 mm. with output from 250
to 800 kg/hr. by twin screw extruder through a flat T-die.
Our low density foam board (0.5-0.7 g/cu.cm)
that can be used in substitution of natural wood. The main characteristics
of this foam board are fire resistance insensibility to atmospheric
agents and mass colouring. It also can be cut, sawed, drilled, printed
and will not be spoiled by insects or moisture. Furthermore, all
the material can be recycled. This is good for decreasing the deforestation
and protection of our environment.
