7012 Foaming Agent & 7300 Foaming Masterbatch：
Foaming Agent 7012 and Foaming MB 7300 are yellow organic chemicals, used to prevent products from shrinking by means of releasing nitrogen. NPC's 7012 and 7300 are odor free and the residue after processing is colorless, therefore, it can be used in white or light colored compounds without leaving any traces or stains. The foaming agent and masterbatch are suitable for most polymers processing, but not good for beryllium or copper tooling.

Suggested dosage for #7012 : to avoid shrinking, 0.03~0.2%; to produce foaming effect: 0.3~0.8%

Suggested dosage for #7300 : to avoid shrinking, 0.06~0.4%; to produce foaming effect: 0.5~1.6%
