Jaw Co., Ltd. Is a young company specializing in developing and manufacturing performance-tuning auto-electronic devices. The company's products are marketed globally under the firm's "Evil" brand, renowned, says management, in the U.S., Europe, Southeast Asia, and mainland China.

Jaw has developed a series of electronic-device models built on its solid foundation expertise and know-how, including a turbo timer, a voltage-stabilizer (for auto batteries) and, most recently, a shift light.

Jaw president Steven Chao, long an avid car-racing fan and an expert in the auto-electronics field, says that his company's products are developed by integrating the most advanced electronic techniques, human-device interfaces, state-of-the-art styling designs, and functions.

Chao says that his company's latest shift-light model, the Corona, features a unique wire-free design, and that Jaw is one of the world's only three makers using such a design. The other two are in Japan and the U.S.

Chao explains that a user has to only plug the unit into an auto's cigarette-lighter socket and the control unit of the shift light will automatically sense and analyze the electrical signals from the auto's alternator. Then the driver can easily set up the preferred rotations per minute (RPM) and the desired brightness of the warning light with the control unit, according to which the cylinder-shape warning light (made of high-level aluminum alloy) will flash with four built-in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and emit a warning sound to alert the driver of over-rotation.

Jaw is also developing a high-tech racing-gauge set. The set's control unit will simultaneously manage three gauges, including water-temperature, oil-temperature, and oil-pressure, or three gauges in other desired combinations, and record all interrelated dynamic data during driving so as to give a driver a better picture of a vehicle's operational status. Very few companies in the world have the ability to make such product, says Chao.

The firm runs a manufacturing plant in central Taiwan. It takes advantage of the island's solid electronics-industry infrastructure to obtain key parts and components of the best quality and at the most competitive prices, synthesized into industry-leading models for global car fans by the firm's unbeatable R&D team.
