Long Durable Machinery Co., Ltd. Has long been known for the high-precision manufacturing of fully automatic packaging machinery and bean-product processing equipment.

Founded in 1995, in addition to whole-plant equipment the company supplies individual machines. Major types include fully automatic L-type sealers, fully automatic sleeve-type sealers, shrink tunnels, automatic carton-inserting machines, automatic carton erectors, fully automatic paper bowl & plate packaging sealers, and fully automatic fungus & vegetable-sliver packaging sealers.

Over the past few years, Long Durable has rolled out several efficient and innovative new models, including its LF-722 auto rectangle-product packaging machine, LA-460 fully automatic L-type sealer equipped with LC-1000 shrinkage tunnel, and LB900 fully automatic sleeve-type sealer.

The LF-722 is 2,600mm long, 800mm wide, and 1,500mm high. The model's ultrasonically controlled sealing unit, which is patented in Taiwan, delivers a perfect seal that ensures foods are preserved longer than the norm. It also features ease of operation, with only a few pushbuttons, and is protected by a special treatment that protects its surface from damage via rust, moisture, and dust.

The LF-722 has a packaging size of 20mm in diameter x two meters in length to 100mm in diameter x 10 meters in length. Its highest packaging speed is 26 meters per minute. The unit is ideal, says management, for packaging stainless-steel pipes, rectangular products, and sliver vegetables, including fungus.

The company builds its machines at its Taiwan headquarters and a branch in Shanghai, the latter opened to handle a growing customer base in mainland China. In addition to Taiwan and China, the company's machines go to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Small-volume custom orders are welcome.

To cope with its steadily increasing orders, the company is planning to expand its Taiwan facility.
