Tian Cherng Packaging Machinery Corp.

Founded in 1986, Tian Cherng Packaging Machinery Corp. has a sterling reputation for high-quality manufacturing of packaging machines and heavy-duty PP and PET strapping bands.

The company provides not only single machines but also whole-plant systems. On its single-machine list, major models include carton-sealing machines, stretch-film wrapping machines, film-shrinking machines, and strapping machines.

Over the past few years, the company has introduced several ultra-efficient new models, its TC-1515A movable automated stretch-wrapping machine among them. This machine, 1,900mm long, 2,000mm wide, and 2,150mm high, enjoys a patent for its original design enabling unusual mobility--it is fixed on a cart.

The TC-1515A, weighing 159 kilograms, has a maximum load capacity of two tons and a maximum packaging-unit size of 1,500 cubic millimeters. The machine is fed with PE packaging film in thicknesses of 15u to 35u. The unit can be powered using electrical outlets or batteries; the system for both options are specified by the customer.

This machine's forerunner model-the TC-1515F-was fixed in position on the ground. The cousin has a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons even though it weighs only 135 kilograms.

Tian Cherng runs two factories in Taiwan, with one each putting out plastic bands and equipment. The company's band factory produces PP and PET products for automatic strapping machines, PE products for handcrafts and bands for various purposes. These bands come in widths ranging from five millimeters to 19 millimeters.
