Cheng Mei Machine Co., Ltd., founded in 1984, has been dedicated to the development and production of quality vacuum and pressure forming machines, automated punching machines, semi-auto cutters.

In addition to special-purpose machines, the company's standard models include chain-type vacuum forming machines and cutters available with fully automatic and semi-automatic operations. At present, the company's major product lines include digital-operation continuous air-pressure forming machine, preheating vacuum forming machine, automatic punch cutting machine, hydraulic cutting machine, half-automatic hydraulic bi-sides cutter, and waste crusher.

The company notes it has established an in-house research and development department to work out innovative machinery and accessories to meet the special demands of the food industry and others in product packaging. A majority of its products are developed on the OBM (original brand manufacturer) basis.

The ISO9001, CE mark-certified Cheng Mei concentrates on standard machinery models. To meet customers' special requirements, the company also develops special-purpose products backed by the strong support of its R&D unit.

In order to work out the machines that feature high quality, low energy consumption, and high productivity, as well as easy operation and maintenance, the company also utilizes a computer-aided design (CAD) system to boost production efficiency.

The firm's digital continuous air-pressing/vacuum forming machine is especially designed for applications in producing a variety of industrial packaging materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polylactide (PLA). It is also suitable for the production of food containers, disposable tableware, and industrial packaging, etc.

Cheng Mei boasts a number of its products are fitted with specially designed mechanisms patented in Taiwan and China, such as the patented specific crank system with high hydraulic pressure for mould combination in its digital continuous air-pressing/vacuum forming machines.
