Established in 1996, the ISO 9001:2008-certified Chian Mau Co. Ltd. has been dedicated to the production of high-caliber aluminum and magnesium-forged parts and accessories for medical equipment, motorcycles and bicycles.

The firm's wide-ranging products and services include aluminum/magnesium alloy forging, mold design and development, precision parts and components for various kinds of medical equipment, wheel caps, tank caps, bicycle parts, throttle grips/steering handles/motorcycle handles and parts, bicycle gear shift parts, wheel hubs, strong foot connecting steps/rods and many more.

Chian Mau employs a heated alloy-forging process with the stamping capacity ranging from 400 to 1,000 tons, and has a full set of quality inspection equipment. The firm uses a wide range of high-level materials, including aluminum alloy 2014, 6061, 6066, 7005, 7050, 7075, and magnesium.

Precision cutting equipment allows Chian Mau to make an incision without deforming the material. After mounting, grinding, and polishing processes, the company then examines items under a high-powered microscope for defects that may have appeared during the production process. The firm also adopts a high-end Rockwell hardness tester to inspect the strength of materials adopted.

Chian Mau claims that it can provide other services to shape and refine the metal materials into finished products. Cold metal stamping, for example, is used to form and reshape copper and iron. With 5-axis CNC machines, Chian Mau is capable of manufacturing the most complicated shapes of molds and items. (QL)
