High-performance CNC EDMs, milling and tapping centers

The company has recently released its MV family of CNC wire-cut EDMs, driven by linear motors to boost performance, also becoming reportedly the world's second and Taiwan's first manufacturer to apply such motors to wire-cut EDMs.
The linear motor-driven machines employ the ESL energy-saving technology that can save power consumption by 15%.
Over the past three decades or so, the company has concentrated on developing CNC EDMs. With an in-house R&D unit, the company has made big breakthroughs in developing user-friendly CNC controllers in addition to EDM power-supply systems.
The company's in-house software department is capable of optimizing the cutting performance of its EDMs and provide users with dedicated software.
Four years ago, Ching Hung introduced its first precision bridge-type CNC wire-cut machines driven by linear motors to mark its 30th anniversary. In March 2009, the company won the “Machining Tool Research & Development, Innovation” award from the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI).
Being also ISO9001:2000 and ISO1400 certified, the company has been working closely with related industries in Taiwan to develop sophisticated automation systems for its machines and focus on advancing the technology and quality of its EDMs.
