The company spares no effort in developing innovative products to meet customers' diversified needs. For instance, the company's high-speed splitting machine is suitable for splitting rubber foam board and EVA (ethylenevinyl acetate) foam board to make soles for sports and beach shoes as well as for slippers. Equipped with a LED (light emitting diode) display and an automatic thickness-adjustment device, the machine is convenient to use and features rapid operation.

Recently the company has introduced two new models, the LC-2-10 automatic foam EVA molding machine, and LC-298 hydraulic non-specific sole attaching machine.

The LC-2-10 automatic foam EVA molding machine can be operated in six-mold, eight-mold, and ten-mold stations. The machine is suitable for the production of EVA mid-sole, out-sole, sandal and other EVA products of many shapes through one-step production process. Because of the simple manufacturing process, the machine can help users reach high productivity at low production costs. Design of the machine is in conformity with environmental protectionism because it won't waste too materials in the production process.

The LC-298 hydraulic non-specific sole-attaching machine features an advanced programmable touch-screen. The machine is more suitable for the manufacturing of shoes, the company president says, than air-bag-type or wall-type sole-attaching models.
