Description :
Clamping Positioning Check Device
This mechanism detects the clamping position with accuracy of 0. 1mm.
Automatic Lubrication
The toggle linkage is automatically lubricated while the machine operates. The oil supplied to each toggle pin is collected in a pump for recirculation. If the oil fails to flow into the pipes, a buzzer sounds.
Mould Protection
The pressure is minimized until the mould faces touch, then increased to lock up the mould after confirming that there is no object between the mould faces. If any object is detected the pressure stays low and a buzzer sounds.
Switchover Time Check
He switching time from primary to secondary injection is checked and an alarm is generated if the time exceeds the upper and lower limits. The function effectively evaluates moldings in place of conventional actual injection alarms.
