Features
_ The sealing bars & cutting knives can be turn 180 degrees for easy cleaning.
_ By using independent sealing bars & cutting knives, the sealing device can be kept in perfect conditions. Cutting knives can also be easily changed.
_ In case the heater was burnt out, the machine will stop automatically to prevent any further losses.
_ Seal on finished bags can be cooled down by using spiral spring separator.
_ Changing the roller springs is easy due to the special structure of the rollers, which can be moved upward when necessary.
_ Both air feed and spring systems are used as the film out feeding device.
_ As soon as machine is stopped, the film is pulled back to prevent shrinkage.
_ Finished bags move out easily because of the conveyor belt's smooth cation.
_ Front sensors detect any tangled film and stop the machine immediately to prevent any defective bags.
