One of the main characteristics of the Floor-Type Horizontal Boring Mill WRF 130 CNC, with a Movable Slide Ram and a Movable Life Spindle, is its distinctive effectiveness and its user-friendliness. Its large variation of selectable parameters is combined with its broad offering of operating functions. Its main feature is a Modular Concept that allows great production variability and rapid setup through the use of Peripheral Tools and Accessories.

The machine moves in 4 different axes (X, Y, Z, W). An additional B and/or V-axis is created when the Rotary Table is added to the machine. Several Clamping Plates can be joined together, or in combination with a Rotary Table to achieve specialized confi gurations, easily and quickly.

The basic model of the machine comes with a HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 System, HEIDENHAIN Scales, and HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS Servomotors. Workpieces can be clamped either on the Additional Rotary Table, on the Clamping Plates, or using both of these possibilities. The main working purpose of the machine is chip removal from spacious and weighty steel, cast steel, or cast iron workpieces. The machine’s technology allows its wide utilization in milling, boring, reaming, and threading processes.
