Founded in 1982 with a 200sq.m. factory, YUH SHIN supplies mainly oil-immersed transformers to civil engineering contractors, factories etc. for electromechanical applications.

Over the years we’ve also developed the 1- & 3-phase transformers for various welders and electroplating devices that were patented in Taiwan and China in 2001 and soon volume produced for arsenals, IC packing plants, auto/motorbike assembly plants etc.; dry-type transformers for CNC machine tools; resistors, rectifiers, reactors etc.; advanced, precision DC power supplies for wafer sewage treatment plants, IC board electroplating plants, jet fighters, helicopters etc.

We are also proud of our creation in 2001, the 6KVA portable pneumatic spot welder with PC control panel for current and time-preset adjustment, which is ideal for makers of machine housings, automotive bodywork and office furniture. We made the low-resistance inverter welder in 2006, which is CE-certified, and two years later, the world’s lightest, eco-friendly, electric inverter welder that is 50% more energy-efficient than counterparts.
