Yow Chern is quite proud of its well-rounded production capability in house, having introduced more than 50 sets of different manufacturing machines, including blow die parts formers, optical sorting machines, threading machines and roller sorting machines, and 6 sets of packaging lines in its plant. Backed by such sound production lines, the company boasts a monthly capacity of 1,000 metric tons.
In addition to general screws, bolts and nuts, the company has also developed aster screws, which are all designed with aster threads to achieve effort-saving functions and strong structure, and are perfect for woodworking, furniture production and construction. Such screws have been patented in Europe, the U.S., China and Taiwan.
Long dedicated to product quality, Yow Chern has been approved by ISO/TS 16949, BSI QS 9000, ISO 9002 and TAF Lab Accreditation. This helps the company to smoothly tap world's fastener markets, including Southeast Asia, Europe and the U.S.
