Multi-tasking CNC lathes, turning centers

Force One Machine Co., Ltd., established in August 1997, specializes in developing and producing multi-tasking CNC lathes (turning centers), with a well-equipped production facility in Taichung County, central Taiwan.

With a background of mechanical engineering, the company's general manager Charlie Lin has over 20 years of manufacturing experiences as he served as the chief engineer at Turret Machinery Co., one of Taiwan's leading machine-tool producers, before Force One was founded.

Since its inception, Force One has been devoted to designing high-performance, automatic, high-efficiency and high-quality CNC lathes. With a decade of development, the company has become one of the island's key suppliers of multi-tasking CNC lathes on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis and won great honor in the CNC lathe arena.

Force One's major product lines are turning centers, twin-spindle CNC lathes, and Y-axis turning center which can do high-speed front and back turning, drilling and mull multi-function machining jobs. Equipped with bar feeder and gantry robot system, these machines will become flexible manufacturing cells and high-production cells for unattended machining. The above-mentioned features of these machines allow the company to enjoy strong competitiveness in the global marketplace.

The company notes its twin-spindle CNC lathes are suitable for automated production to help customers create highest profit margin. Compared with similar machine models, the company's multi-tasking CNC lathes are more suitable for machining larger-diameter metal bars.

At present, the company's products are mainly sold to such European markets as Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Finland, Switzerland, etc. Other export outlets include Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia, mainland China, and Argentina. (BS)
