Latest motorcycle-rim deburring machine

Established in 1988, Jien Tsun Machinery Co., Ltd. is a specialized developer and producer of wheel-rim production equipment. For more than 20 years, the company has been endeavoring to manufacture production lines for making motorcycle and bicycle steel/aluminum rims and other metal-plate roll-forming machines, including feeder, forming, rounding, cutting, seam-welding, pin-inserting, polishing, punching, drilling, edge-turning, packing machines etc.

The company's latest motorcycle-rim deburring machine, JTM-06D, is a very ideal equipment to efficiently deburr joint parts of welded rims. The new equipment can deal with rim sizes ranging from 16- to 21-inch and materials in both steel and aluminum. The equipment features easy-use and user-friendly human-machine interface achieved by well-developed human-computer operation interaction modes. (QL)
