With more than a decade of experience in designing and developing small-sized deep-hole drilling machines, Honge Precision Industries Corp. is in a position to supply such product lines as BTA deep-hole drilling machines, CNC deep-hole drilling machines, gundrilling machines, CNC screw cutting machines and honing machines.

The BTA deep-hole drilling machines feature fixed tools, suitable for processing a variety of shafts, barrels for plastic injection molding machines, oil-exploring pipes and gas pipes. The machine has 30-200mm in drilling capacity and 6000mm in drilling depth.

Honge president Liu Jen-hong notes his company has been paying attention to high precision and durability of its products since its inception in 2002. To that end, the company has adopted computer system companywide and a flurry of advanced CNC machine tools. Liu says the companywide computer system can help elevate product quality, production efficiency and reduce after-sale services.

In addition to the XL, XE and XLY-series horizontal medium-sized deep-hole drilling machines for processing shafts, Honge has also completed the development of XT-1000-CNC, XT-1200-CNC, XT-2500-CNC deep-hole drilling machines that are suitable for processing plastic molds with maximum drilling depth of over 3000mm.

For the WR-series BTA deep-hold drilling machines, the company neglects conventional production methods based on CNC lathes and uses high-efficiency, high-quality materials, components and peripheral equipment to highlight the machining job of the machine.

The company uses the trademark of Microdrilling. Its major export outlets include the United States, Europe and Latin America. The company has resolved to develop the emerging markets in the years to come. (BS)
