Jing Duann Machinery Industrial Co. is a veteran

specialist in a wide range of forging presses. Founded in 1978, the company is now in a position to export whole-plant forging equipment to meet the demand of a variety of manufacturing industries.

Over the past few years, Jing Duann has been committed to forging automation and expansion of world market share by rolling out versatile forging machines for precision forging parts.

The company boasts it has obtained patents from the Intellectual Property Office under the Ministry of Economic Affairs for forging machine structure improvement.

After developing C-type pneumatic presses in 1979, the ISO9001-certified company has successfully expanded product lines to include some other sophisticated forging presses. To meet the requirements of foreign customers and boost production capacity, the company began producing forging presses in mainland China in 2003 by setting up a subsidiary named China Jia Shan Jing Yong Forging Co. there.

At present, Jing Duann's product lines can be divided into five categories, including the FP, HCP, H, C, JKP series. The company says it will introduce some new types of forging machines in the years to come.

The FP-series forging presses (400-1,600 tons) are used for forging a wide range of items for economic and automated production; the HCP-series high-speed forging presses (200-600 tons) are ideal for gravity processing and production; the H-series cross-shaft pneumatic forging presses (150-300 tons) are used for warm- and hot- forging brassware, aluminum-alloy products, and small hardware items; the C-series pneumatic presses (50-200 tons) are ideal for continuous automatic mold pressing and edge cutting; and the JKP-series knuckle joint cold forging presses (400-1,000 tons) are ideal for producing forgings needed in the production of hand tools, and automobile and motorcycle, bicycle, train, ship and airplane parts.

Jing Duann boasts it has know-how to help customers set up whole plants to produce precision forging parts in accordance with the specifications of their product items. The whole-plant equipment supplied by the company include conveyor-type forging furnace, oil forging furnace, circular saw, forging semi-roller machine, etc. (BS)
