Established in 1988, Jien Tsun Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed into one of the major specialized developers and producers of wheel-rim production equipment in Taiwan.

Over the past 20-plus years, the company has been dedicated to development and production of equipment for making motorcycle and bicycle steel/aluminum rims and other metal-plate roll-forming machines, including feeder, forming, rounding, cutting, seam-welding, pin-inserting, polishing, punching, drilling, edge-turning, packing machines etc.

With strong R&D capability, Jien Tsun has come up with two brand-new machines boasting high efficiency and performance.

The company's latest motorcycle rim deburring machine, JTM-06D, is a very ideal equipment to efficiently deburr joint parts of welded rims. The new equipment can deal with rim ranging in size from 14 to 21 inches, shapes from 1.2-2.15, and materials in both steel and aluminum. It features user-friendly human-machine interface achieved by well-developed human-computer operation interaction modes.
