High-speed automatic needle looms, computerized jacquard looms

Kyang Yhe Delicate Machine Co. was founded back in 1964 and has grown into one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of textile machines, especially high-speed woven-tape models. The company uses advanced NC (numerically controlled) lathes and CNC (computerized numerically controlled) milling machines and machining centers to turn out highly compatible textile machine components that make maintenance easy.

Under the leader of its founder and chairman, Cheng Cheng-hsiung, Kyang Yhe has laid a solid foundation in the domestic machinery industry and established an outstanding reputation around the world. Cheng attributes this success to the efforts expended by his research and development department as well as grassroots workers over the years.

At the present time the firm's main product categories include high-speed automatic needle looms, computerized jacquard looms, computerized label looms, crochet machines, (latex) warping machines, rubber covering machines, continuous dyeing machines, braiding machines, and shoe-lace tipping machines.

Two new machine series were introduced recently: computerized label looms (woven edge) and narrow-weaving machines for velvet tape. These machines were developed with the help of CAD (computer-aided design).

The most advanced of the new computerized label machines comes with newly designed computer software developed by the company itself to replace the conventional graphic and punch card, this providing easier operation.

The narrow-weaving machines come with beam frames of sophisticated and solid construction. The high-tech warp let-off system provides powerful tension control, and the warp electronic control system is driven by a servomotor to keep the tension of the warp steady, resulting in smooth, consistent fabrics.

Cheng stresses that these new machines are best suited for the small-volume, large-variety mode of production, and that they offer a high degree of economic efficiency.

Kyang Yhe has always followed the principles of "trustworthiness, confidence, and perseverance" in its development of high-quality machines that meet production trends in the global textile industry. Many of the company's products are computerized to help customers economize on production costs and boost production efficiency.
