Jeng Feng Cutter Manufacture Industry Co., established in May 1988, is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of a various kinds of industrial knives. The company has expertise in developing customized knives especially for cutting cartons and corrugated cardboard boxes.

The company boasts it has established good reputation in the world marketplace because of its long-term dedication to developing advanced manufacturing skill and offering satisfactory after-sale services.

Jeng Feng has a modern factory of 72,000 square feet in Chingshui of Taichung County, central Taiwan, and maintains an in-house research and development department to develop and produce six major categories of products, including slotters, NC cutters, cutters, circular knives, slitter blades, and slitter circular knives.

At present, the company exports almost 75% of its output to international markets. Major export outlets are mainland China, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, East Europe, the U.S., Canada and some industrialized European nations.

“Thanks to the rapid growth in mainland China, many manufacturers there are feeling short of sophisticated industrial knives to facilitate their production,” says Lin Yung-chang, president of the company. “To meet the increased demand, two years ago we signed a production/sales agreement with a veteran trader for a period of five years, and we accordingly will ship over NT$30 million worth of our products to mainland China per year.”

Jeng Feng says it can develop sophisticated cutters in accordance with the samples its customers provide. Most the company's products are developed on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis. (BS)
