Pitac International Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1983 and reorganized in 1998, has been engaged in the filed of plastic extrusion/injection processes for more than a decade.

For the plastic foaming extrusion process, Freon blowing agent has been used since 1985 and now replaced by Butane in Pitac's extrusion system. Pitac constantly develops new kinds of blowing agents and processes in an effort to make production safer, more efficient and more economical.

For PVC extrusion lines, Pitac has refined the twin-screw system for more than 10 years. With its comprehensive experiences, the company can help clients set up production lines anywhere in the world.

At present, major product lines developed by Pitac include plastic foam extrusion line, PVC extrusion line, PP/HDPE pipe extrusion line, plastic sheet extrusion line, plastic recycling and palletizing equipment, plastic crusher, and plastic mixer.

The company's four machine models of XPS extrusion line, including PT-180 PSB, PT-250 PSB, PT-450 PSB and PT-600 PSB, are SGS-certified in compliance with the machinery directive 98/37/EC and low voltage directive 2006/95/EC.

All machines supplied by Pitac are guaranteed with satisfactory after-sales services and 10 years of stockholding of spare parts for machines sold. At present, the company is setting up service centers around the world to provide the fastest and best services to customers.
