Charng Ge Enterprise Co., Ltd., established in April 1989, is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of a wide range of fabric whole-plant equipment. The company is headquartered in Shulin of Taipei County, northern Taiwan.

The company began operations with the development of automated fabric packaging and conveyers, and fabric inspection equipment. After years of development, the company has successfully expanded its product ranges and obtained many patents both in Taiwan and mainland China.

Charng Ge president Lee Wen-hsing says his company has been dedicated to developing innovative and multifunctional machines to meet customers' special requirements, and has thus won good reputations in Taiwan, mainland China and Southeast Asian nations.

At present, the company's major product line includes fabric beam storage equipment, fabric packing machines, fabric inspectors, fabric connecting machines, tacky cleaners, fiberglass-fabric winding machines, fabric dryers, fabric embossing calendars, embossing roll storage equipment, roll 3-D storage systems, beam equipment, automatic fabric unwinding and packing systems, various fabric inspection machines, suction-type fabric drying machines, PCB fabric winding machines, and test mixer rolls, among others.

The firm's fabric winding machines are especially designed for the production of fiberglass fabrics, denim apparel, cotton terry cloth, and tire breaker cord fabrics.

The company says it has developed many specially designed machines for large-sized fabric manufacturers of Taiwan and the mainland. In addition to self-developed machines, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis. Since the beginning of 2005, the company has begun producing fabric-winding machines for a large-sized Japanese firm on the OEM basis. (BS)
