Automatic hydraulic tire curing machine, fully automatic batch-off machine

Kayton Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialist manufacturer of rubber processing machines. The company has a production facility in Puhsin of Changhua County, central Taiwan.

The company supplies both rubber processing machines and rubber products. With abundant manufacturing experiences, the company always designs and develops innovative products in accordance with customers' special requirement.

At present, the company's major products lines are automatic hydraulic tire curing machine, fully automatic batch-off machine, pin barrel cold feed extruder, rubber sheet calendaring head extruder with down stream train, tire tread/side-wall cooling, cutting & winding train, bias cutter for ply cords with auto splicer & winder, tire drum testing machine, and digital bead wire length measuring machine.

Besides domestic sales, the company has successfully penetrated the Japanese market, with major clients including Cheng Hsin (MAXXIS), Kenda, Nankang, Federal, King Belt, TOYO, Yokohama, Inoue Rubber, NOK Seal, Bando Belt, etc. The company is now expanding sales to European market. (BS)
