Honge Precision Industries Corp. has been dedicated to designing and developing small-sized deep-hole drilling machines for over one decade.

At present, the company's major product lines are BTA deep-hole drilling machines, CNC deep-hole drilling machines, gundrilling machines, CNC screw cutting machines and honing machines.

The BTA deep-hole drilling machines feature fixed tools and are suitable for processing a variety of shafts, barrels for plastic injection molding machines, oil-exploring pipes and gas pipes. The machine has 30-200mm in drilling capacity and 6000mm in drilling depth.

Honge has adopted company-wide computer system and a flurry of advanced CNC machine tools. The company-wide computer system can help boost product quality, production efficiency and reduce the need for after-sale services.

In addition to the XL, XE and XLY-series horizontal medium-sized deep-hole drilling machines for processing shafts, Honge has also developed XT-1000-CNC, XT-1200-CNC, XT-2500-CNC deep-hole drilling machines, suitable for processing plastic molds with maximum drilling depth of over 3000mm. (BS)
