Marox Tools Industrial Co., Ltd., established in 1976, is one of Taiwan's few manufacturers of special cutters and welded milling cutters.

In 1979, the company began rolling out throw-away cutters and turning tools in cooperation with some major producers of the same products in Japan and the U.S.on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.

The company's major product lines include turning tools (toolholders, boring bars, threading tools, grooving tools, parting tools) and milling tools (face mills, side mills, end mills, shell end mills, cartridges). Most of the products are made with own brand of MR.

Thanks to continuous development and worldwide sales promotion, the company has secured at least 10% annual sales growth over the past few years. More than 65% of its total output is exported, mainly to the U.S., Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Chile and Argentina. (BS)
