Jiuh-Shin Machinery Co., Ltd. is a premier maker of EPE/EPP/EPS turnkey equipment in Taiwan, claiming to be one of the leading makers of EPS machines globally.

The maker's main line includes the JSM-AB series of automatic block vacuum forming machines (vertical type), the JSM-HVA series of automatic EPS/EPE vacuum molding machines, the Carrier 20 series of automatic EPP/EPE/EPO/EPS vacuum molding machines, the JSM-AB series of automatic block vacuum forming machines (horizontal type), and the JSM-OE series of quantitative pre-expanders (batch type).

Since its inception in 1980, Jiuh-Shin has been focusing on creating in-house-developed technologies, and has two operations in Taoyuan County, northern Taiwan. One is a plant to manufacture machinery and the other engages in packing R&D, which tests and produces EPS, EPE and EPP products. Jiuh-Shin says it is Taiwan's only maker focusing on EPS shaping and machinery production.

This maker supplies machines and end-products to build its lead in Asia, with a reputation especially for mechanical quality.

Steven Hung, the president, says the packing R&D center has solid skills for making EPP machinery. “Our competitive advantage is based on our self-developed, mature and stable technologies,” he asserts. The packing R&D center and production facility are spread across some 54,000 square feet.

The maker's expertise has helped to secure high market shares in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, as well as having built a solid reputation among customers who demand high-quality machinery and quick after-sale service.

This maker's annual output totals 200 units of machines, some 90% of which is exported and mainly to the Middle East. (BS)
