Tong Cheng Launches Innovative Oil-less Piston Air Compressors

Taipei, Jan. 3, 2012 (CENS)--Tong Cheng Iron Works Co., Ltd., one of Taiwan's leading manufacturers of air compressors, recently introduced an innovative product line—the HD series oil-less piston air compressors, which are especially designed to withstand continuous use in heavy-duty industrial environments.

The HD series compressors are available in a range of different outputs and package combinations to meet special requirements, with the oil-free units delivering air up to 12 bars and flows up to 2250 l/min. The two-stage compressor units with intercooler provide lower output air temperature and better compression efficiency.

This product is versatile, being suitable for the medical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, printing, railway, laboratory, high technology, environmental engineering, drinking water supply sectors.

Founded in 1956, Tong Cheng is known for its SWAN-branded air compressors, and has built integrated production in-house to handle parts casting, design and mold development.
