The SPE series full automatic vacuum & pressure forming machine is the materialization of Kuang Hsing's consummate technologies. This machine is developed to handle the whole production process from feeding, heating to forming, punching, trimming, counting and stacking and products removal without other complementary equipment to achieve cost efficiency. The machine is easy to operate, for each underway process is monitored by the human-machine interface.

The machine's output quality is consistent and perfect, partly because materials fed to the machine are completely conveyed by the chain from a work station to the next to make sure punching and trimming accuracy is achieved. Moreover, the multi-heating mode setting function also helps to ensure that materials are heated evenly and thermoformed consistently into finished products.

The high-performance machine is applicable to PP, PS, PE, PET, PVC, HIPS, PLA plastic, and can finish a production circle between 6 and 10 seconds depending on kinds of products produced, suitable for making plastic plates, covers, bowls, cups, and blisters for electronic parts. (SC)
