The Twin Head Type Super High Speed Blown Film Line for HDPE material is among the company's competitive product series, which can produce films with width ranging from 350mm to 550mm and thickness of between 0.008 and 0.08mm depending on different types, with maximum extrusion output of up to 125 kilograms. To enhance performance, all extruders of the series are built with screws and cylinders made of SACM645 steel going through nitrogen treatment, and high-power driving motors. The optional devices include automatic hopper loaders, oscillating take-up units, thickness measurement units, etc. to meet different purposes.
