Increasing the contained percentage of CaCo3 on PE film
Compound pellet by twin screw extrusion line

Matila Industrial Co., Ltd. had successfully present the new developed EKA-RC series Twin screw Recycle + Compounding extrusion line in Taipei Plas 2012. The machine can recycle different form plastic waste, at same time, can compound CaCo3 + different additives & materials. Be due to excellent mixing & compounding effect of twin screw extruder, therefore, the final pellet with precious mixing percentage & excellent compounding , the user could directly use 100% such pellet to blown film. By this processing method, there are two main advantages are 1) rising up practical CaCo3 contained percentage (up to 50%) on final film product, reducing material cost. 2) sole compounded pellet on blown film line, easy operation and the film quality stable.
