Founded in 1975, Chien Ti Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a world-class supplier of mobility scooters, powered chairs and children's ride-on vehicles with a factory each in Taiwan and China and a subsidiary in the U.S.

This company started out by making motorcycle parts and assemblies for globally known brands as Yamaha and Suzuki mainly on an original equipment basis. To secure sustainable growth, later the manufacturer took advantage of its well-honed production capability, proven by the two abovementioned Japanese customers, to develop related products under its own brand, CTM. The maker realized its vision in 1987 by launching the  JetRunner, a children's ride-on vehicle that was sought-after worldwide as a big success.
